Spacer image Our roofs can have a pitch of between a 5° and 45° angle. Alternatively if you are unsure what pitch you would like, we can suggest a sensible / conventional angle for your roof.Information

Spacer image Please choose a colour for your roof. Some common colour options are listed, but you can also have your roof dual coloured. Dual colour is where you have one colour on the inside of the roof and a different colour outside (e.g. black outside, white inside)Information

Spacer image We offer two ring beam types, a standard ring beam and structural ring beam. The standard is the most common and cost effective choice. A structural ring beam is only required when a roof is over a large unsupported opening - such as a bi-folding door. Because bi-fold doors cannot have any weight pushing down on them we recommend a structural ring beam to take the full weight of the roof. The structural ring beam is massively over-specified with thicker aluminium walls and a cross brace design.

Structural ring beam compared to standard ring beam.

Spacer image Enter the length of Box guttering you require, to the nearest metre. Box guttering is not just any guttering but a special deep gutter system to go between two pitched roofs. If an existing roof and your new roof join in a V shape, then a box gutter would be required at the bottom of the V where the two roofs join.

The box gutter is a U shape and oversized to take the large volume of water entering from both roofs. Aluminium rainwater guttering can also be supplied, if required. Please see question further down the form.

Spacer image There are many glass types available all of which are double glazed, or you may opt to have more economical Polycarbonate sheets. We do not supply triple glazing. You can also request to have our roofs supplied unglazed, if you wish to source your own glass. Some common options are given here.

We always recommend to people to use double glazed glass sealed units in our roofs. This is due to the fact that glass has superior load bearing and acoustic properties. Glass also offers other attractive options, such as self cleaning and solar control glass.
Information

Spacer image Our aluminium roof system is a fully aluminium system. As a result we can supply standard aluminium rain water guttering in any RAL colour, painted to match the rest of your roof. We do not however supply basic plastic guttering.Information
