As part of the Duration Windows Group of companies Aluminium By Design is one of the UK's leading specialist aluminium trade manufacturers. We specialize in aluminium roof lanterns, and self supporting curtain walling. ABD is a supply only manufacturing company that delivers right across mainland UK, from our base here on Canvey Island, in Essex. The company is a family run business that was established in 1995, and has been going strong ever since.
The majority of our customers are trade companies, however we are more than happy to supply to the ever-growing self-build and DIY market. The manufacturing of all of our products has been separated into individual departments. This way they can specialise on the sole production of one product (i.e. folding Doors or aluminium roofs). In so doing we can achieve a higher quality product and maximise efficiency.

When you come and visit our Exhibition Centre you will not find any pushy salesman, only friendly advisors who can show you around, explain our products and answer any questions you might have. Our Staff do not have daily sales targets and do not receive commission on their sales. Nor do we take any deposits or exchange any money, for this you will need to contact our offices. If you have absolutely no experience, some experience, or are an expert fitter with many years in the trade - we have a full customer support team that are happy to help. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and experienced staff in pre-sales, sales, technical and post sales support. We can also provide an on-site instruction service with your first order, installation guides, technical manuals and DWG and DXF Files, many of which are available to download from our website.
